Shipping policy

We ship everywhere in the United States from Highland, NY.

Rates. Standard shipping is a flat $6. Orders of $50 or more ship free.

Timing. Orders go out within 2 business days. Standard delivery is usually 2–5 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Heat. Tallow softens above roughly 95°F. In hot weather we may hold an order a day or two to avoid a weekend in a hot truck, and we pack to protect the jar. If it arrives soft, leave it lidded at room temperature or in the fridge for a few hours; it firms back up without losing anything.

Wrong address or lost package. Double-check your address at checkout — we can't redirect a package once it's with the carrier. If tracking stalls for more than 7 days past the delivery window, email team@beeandbovineco.com and we'll sort it out.

Local delivery. If you live within 10 miles of Highland, NY, choose Local delivery at checkout (it appears once you enter your address). We deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays; orders placed after Monday or Wednesday evening go out on the next delivery day. Local delivery is $4 on orders under $25 and free on orders of $25 and up. We don't offer in-store pickup.
